Martin Landman is Chairman of the Intrust Group and has over twenty years experience in international tax planning. Martin originates from South Africa where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He then moved to London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 and became a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants – England and Wales. He immediately joined Levy Gee, a reputable top 25-ranked London partnership, becoming a partner to develop their international tax division. He is a member of the International Tax Planning Association, (ITPA) Offshore Institute, International Fiscal Association (IFA), Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and Centre for Legal Studies. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organisation.
Maurizio Cohen is the founder and CEO of the Podium Group, a European-based provider of global wealth management and integrated marketing services to sports and entertainment celebrities and personalities. In addition, Podium Group is an advisor to the Ukrainian Olympic Committee with respect to marketing rights and to the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI) in association with Octagon with respect to marketing rights for the period 2007 - 2010. Maurizio holds degrees from Università Commerciale L. Bocconi, Milan (Italy) [B.A.,1979]; Université de Fribourg (Switzerland) [J.C.,1980]; Università degli Studi, Milan (Italy) [J.D.,1983]. Among his many affiliations, he is a member of the Italian Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the International Sports Lawyers Association and is an Associate of the American Bar Association, an Arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and a Certified Public Accountant in Italy.
Claudio Mellini is CEO of Podium Trust & Financial Services. Before joining the Podium Group in 2006, he spent more that 15 years in the Swiss banking industry covering a wide range of activities and responsibilities in the areas of International Credits, Treasury, Risk Management and Private Banking. He is also Board Member of Woodpecker Capital, an asset management company based in Luxembourg. Claudio holds degrees in Economics from the University of Bern.
Paul Flude is the Business Development Director of Intrust Group and is based in London. Paul is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, a Practising Member of the Law Society of the Cape of Good Hope and a member of the Institute of Directors. He ran his own business in his native South Africa for 12 years and has amassed over 15 years of experience in the legal and financial services industries. He has specialist skills in the drafting of wills, estate and estate duty (IHT) planning, trusts, personal and business succession planning, deceased estate administration (probate), commercial law and the formation of corporate entities. He is a South African Revenue Service registered tax practitioner. Prior to taking up his role with Intrust in London, Paul was based in the Isle of Man as Director and in-house legal counsel of Intrust (Manx).
